KCCMA Scholarship Recipients

Head shot collage of Mallory, Michael and Luke

This year, not only one of our MPA students but three of them(!) were awarded scholarships to attend the Kentucky City/County Management Association's Winter Conference in Lexington, KY. The KCCMA scholarships pay for conference registration, hotel accommodations, and meals ... allowing students to attend who would not otherwise do so. Congratulations to Mallory Bane, Michael Frazier, and Luke Price!

The KCCMA conference consists of various sessions where these MPA students learned about important and timely topics such as cyber security in local governments, the new statewide medical cannabis program, and legislative updates from the Kentucky League of Cities. In addition, Mallory, Michael, and Luke had the opportunity to meet and network with city and county managers from across the commonwealth.
